| Long Description | The DNA 20 kb Plasmid and Linear kit is used to do isoform and purity analysis of plasmid and linearized dsDNA. This kit supplies high analytical resolution and can analyze a wide range of linear double-stranded DNA fragments or plasmid isoforms. Plasmid isoforms from 2,000 bp to 19,000 bp can be separated, including super coiled, linear, and open circular species. The kit can do size estimation and purity analysis for linear dsDNA samples from 100 bp to 20,000 bp.
